Here's what to expect when your Harchi order ships.
Processing Time
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed. You'll receive a confirmation email when your order is placed and another with tracking once it ships. Orders placed on weekends or holidays are processed the next business day.
Delivery Time
Because some of our products ship directly from our suppliers, estimated delivery times are:
- Canada: 7–15 business days
- United States: 10–20 business days
- International: 15–30 business days
These are estimates, not guarantees. Delivery can be affected by carrier delays, customs, and peak seasons.
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your destination and the items in your cart.
Tracking
Once your order ships, we'll email you a tracking number. Please allow a few days for tracking to begin updating.
Customs and Duties
International orders may be subject to import duties or taxes charged by your local customs office. These are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in your order total.
Multiple Shipments
If your order contains items from different suppliers, they may arrive separately and at different times. This is normal and doesn't mean anything is missing.
Wrong or Undeliverable Address
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We're not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
Lost or Delayed Orders
If your order hasn't arrived within the estimated window, contact us at contact.harchi@gmail.com and we'll help track it down.
