Orders & Shipping

How long will my order take to arrive?

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Delivery within Canada typically takes 7–15 business days. See our Shipping Policy for full details.

Will I get tracking?

Yes — we'll email you a tracking number once your order ships. Allow a few days for it to start updating.

Why did my order arrive in separate packages?

If your order includes items from different suppliers, they may ship and arrive separately. Nothing is missing — the rest is on its way.

Sizing

How do I know what size to order?

Sizing details are shown right in each product's images — check the photos on the product page before ordering. If you're still unsure, email us and we'll help.

Returns & Refunds

Do you accept returns?

All sales are final — we don't accept returns or exchanges, so please review the product details and sizing before ordering.

My item arrived damaged or wrong — what do I do?

Email us within 7 days with your order number and a photo, and we'll make it right. See our Refund Policy for details.
